• Critical safety systems (aviation, nuclear, life-support) where failure may cause harm

lagori.ai disclaims all liability arising from such high-risk or unlawful uses.

6.5 Fair Usage and Platform Abuse

To ensure fair and equitable access to our products, users agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security features

7. Intellectual Property and Ownership

If unresolved, you may also escalate under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Lagori AI LLP adheres to the cybersecurity requirements mandated by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) and applicable cybersecurity frameworks.

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Lagori AI LLP does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and recommends consulting appropriate professionals for such matters
• We may provide transaction reports or statements required for tax filing, but ultimate responsibility for accuracy and completeness lies with you

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Liability Limitations:

• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, with an absolute cap of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees)
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

Our liability cap does not apply in cases of:

• Fraud or willful misconduct
• Gross negligence
• Violation of data protection obligations
• Proven infringement of third-party intellectual property rights

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may terminate your account:

• By cancelling your subscription
• By deleting your account through our platform
• Immediate termination for policy violations

We may terminate your account for:

In addition, we may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing you with at least 30 days' written notice, without the need to provide a specific reason.

In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
