  • Arbitration: Any dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, in Bengaluru, and the award shall be final and binding.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

7.4 Fairness Carve-Out

The limitations of liability in this Disclaimer shall not apply in cases of:

14. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision of this Disclosure Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Non-Waiver:

CRITICAL NOTICE: If you do not agree to these disclosures or cannot accept the associated risks, you must immediately cease using our AI products. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all disclosures and associated risks.

This Disclosure Agreement is effective as of May 15, 2025, and applies to all current and future AI products from Lagori AI LLP.
